Meet the Team
Elizaveta "Leeza" Hearns
BROKER | OWNER | REALTOR® | MRP
As a former military spouse, I know firsthand what it means to relocate, start over, and search for a place that truly feels like home. Long before becoming a real estate agent, I was buying, renovating, and managing investment and vacation rental properties, so my experience in real estate goes far beyond the average transaction.
Today, I’m the Broker and Owner of Iron & Co. Real Estate. I built this brokerage around the way I believe real estate should be done: with honesty, strong communication, and someone firmly in your corner. I’m direct, I negotiate hard, and I’m not afraid to have the conversations that need to be had.
Whether you’re buying your first home, relocating, selling, or building an investment portfolio, I’ll tell you what you need to know, not just what you want to hear, so you can make confident decisions every step of the way.
